Notarized Translation Services
+ $20 notarization per order
Our certified and notarized translation services allow you to legalize the translation of a document. The sworn translation is mostly required for state and federal courts as well as higher academic institutions and banks. We are able to translate any type of document and notarize the translation for legal use.
What Is a Notarized Translation?
A notarized translation is a certified translation that has been signed by a notary public. The notary witnesses the translator's signature on the certification statement and applies their official seal, providing an additional layer of authentication beyond a standard certified translation.
Notarized translations are required for legal documents submitted to courts, government agencies, banks, and academic institutions. While USCIS does not require notarization for immigration applications, many other institutions require this extra level of authentication for legal validity.
Florida Translate provides both the certified translation and notarization service in one package. All notarizations are performed by commissioned Florida notaries and include the notary seal and signature required by law. We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) for fast, convenient service.

FAQ's
Got a question? We're here to help.
A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator certifying accuracy. A notarized translation adds a notary public's signature and seal witnessing the translator's certification. USCIS accepts certified translations without notarization, but courts, banks, DMV, and other institutions often require notarization for legal use.
