Certified translations start at $25 per page (up to 500 words per page). Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% off most orders, 10% off 30+ pages, 20% off 50+ pages. Pages exceeding 500 words incur an additional $17.50 for each 250 additional words. If you order requires an adjustment, we will notify you before proceeding. Some languages carry a surcharge due to translator availability, language complexity, and other factors; you can view the exact per-page cost for your language pair on our pricing page.

For USCIS and most immigration purposes, a standard certified translation is sufficient. Notarized translations are generally required for: state and federal courts, passport applications (U.S. Department of State), banks and financial institutions, academic credential evaluations, child support cases, DMV submissions, and international use requiring an apostille. Processing time depends on the number of pages in your order and the processing speed selected. You can view the full processing times table. In general: 1–3 pages: 24 hours (regular) or 12 hours (expedited) 4–8 pages: 48 hours (regular) or 24 hours (expedited) 9–20 pages: 72 hours (regular) or 48 hours (expedited) 21–30 pages: about 5 business days (regular) or 72 hours (expedited) For urgent requests, 2-hour service is available for certain languages on 1–3 page orders, Monday–Friday from 8AM–8PM ET. Expedited processing can be selected during checkout.

You can upload your documents securely through our website when placing your order, or through the order portal once the order is submitted. We accept clear photos, scans, or PDF files. You can also email them to info@floridatranslate.com and we'll attach them to your order. You do not need to mail the original document for translation services.

All translations include free digital delivery. Once your order is complete, you will receive a secure PDF by email and through your client portal, which you can access anytime. If you select physical delivery, we will mail a printed certified translation with the signed certificate of accuracy and embossed certification seal, suitable for official use. Multiple shipping options are available, including standard mail, expedited shipping, overnight delivery, and international delivery.
