Yes. Florida was one of the first states to authorize Remote Online Notarization (RON) under Florida Statutes Chapter 117. Our notarizations are performed by Florida-commissioned notaries through the approved BlueNotary platform and are legally recognized in all 50 U.S. states.

Remote Online Notarization costs $25 per document, plus a one-time $5 identity verification fee per session. Each distinct document requires its own notarization. Additional signers in the same session are $20 each (includes their ID verification). The document can be in any language, but the notarial statement must be in English.

Yes, signers can be located anywhere in the world. You need a valid government-issued ID (U.S. state ID, driver’s license, or passport from any country), a stable internet connection, and a device with camera and microphone. This makes RON ideal for expatriates, military personnel overseas, and international business transactions.

We can notarize most private documents: affidavits, powers of attorney, travel consent forms, translations, corporate documents, and declarations. We cannot remotely notarize government-issued public documents (birth/marriage certificates, court records, public school transcripts) — these are already state-certified. If you need a public document apostilled, submit it directly without notarizing it first.

You’ll need the document ready to sign, a valid government-issued photo ID (either a U.S. state ID or driver’s license, or a valid passport from any country), a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Before the session begins, you will complete a secure identity verification using biometric verification. Once verified, you will connect with the notary to sign the document. The entire session usually takes 10–15 minutes.

Once we receive your request, you’ll get an invitation link to schedule your appointment through the secure BlueNotary platform. Before the session, you’ll complete identity verification. The notary then guides you step-by-step through the signing process. Your notarized document is delivered digitally immediately after completion.

Yes, the document itself can be in any language. The notarial statement must remain in English. The signer must be able to read and understand the document they’re signing. If you also need a certified translation, we can help with both services.

Yes. A properly completed Florida RON has the same legal weight as traditional in-person notarization. RON actually includes additional security: identity verification through knowledge-based authentication, a recorded video session, and tamper-evident technology. The notarized document is recognized in all 50 states and can be apostilled for international use.
