We can notarize most documents that require a signature witnessed by a notary public. However, Florida law restricts notarization of certain government-issued vital records.

Vital Records and government issued documents are not eligible for notarization in Florida. They are eligible for the apostille containing the certification statement from a state officer.

While we cannot notarize the documents listed above, we can apostille them if they were issued in Florida. Birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other vital records can be apostilled for international use.
