Turnaround time depends on the page count and processing speed you select. We offer options as fast as 2 hours for 1-3 page documents (Monday-Saturday, 9AM-3PM ET), along with expedited and standard processing for larger orders. Certified translations cost $25 per page (up to 250 words per page). Pages exceeding 250 words are charged an additional $12.50 per extra 250 words. Volume discounts of up to 20% off are available for orders of 10+ pages. Rush delivery and notarization are available for additional fees.

Yes, our certified translations meet all USCIS requirements. Each translation includes a signed certification statement from the translator attesting to their competence and the accuracy of the translation, exactly as required by USCIS regulations. Learn more about our USCIS translation services.

USCIS does not require notarization for certified translations. However, notarization may be required for: state/federal courts, Department of State/passport applications, banks, academic institutions, credential evaluation services, international use/apostille process, child support cases, and DMV. We recommend adding notarization if you're unsure.

You can upload documents through our secure online portal, email them to info@floridatranslate.com, or through WhatsApp. We accept photos, scans, and digital copies in most formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.).
