When submitting an order, add your internal reference—case number, client matter ID, or any identifier your firm uses. All translations are tagged with this reference and searchable in your portal. Need to find a translation from months ago? Search by case reference instead of remembering document names or dates. Your entire team can access and search these references.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and ACH bank transfers. Payment is required at order submission. You can also send a payment link directly to your client—they pay, we deliver the completed translation to your firm, and you bill the client through your trust account. You have two options: (1) Use a shared team email like info@firm.com so all orders appear in one place accessible to everyone, or (2) Create individual accounts for partners, associates, and paralegals with separate order histories. Either way, login is OTP-only (no passwords)—just enter your email and a verification code. This makes team access simple and secure.

You submit a RON request through your enterprise portal. We send your client a scheduling link. They complete a 15-minute video session with a Florida notary (identity verification, signing, notarization). The notarized document is delivered immediately to your firm's portal. This is perfect for remote clients, international clients, or when you need notarization outside business hours. Discounted enterprise RON rates are available for approved firms.
